SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (1.0 fte)
Vacancy for the 2018-2019 School Year
We are looking for a beginning or experienced SLP to join our team. SLP’s are an integral part of the Special Education team, working closely with Resource Room staff, regular education teachers, occupational therapist, autism specialist, administrators, and parents.
The Three Rivers School District is located in rural Josephine County surrounding the beautiful Rogue, Applegate, and Illinois River valleys. We use the Rural Resource Model and serve a diverse range of disabilities and needs—from stuttering, to autism, to non-verbal students.
Most of our SLP’s have been with the district for many years and appreciate the flexibility, staff development opportunities, and support for their critical work with our children. One SLP we have working with our district would like to share these observations:
“One of the big selling points for me staying at Three Rivers School District has been flexibility. I also have really appreciated the positive administrative support. The IEP’s are set up to allow for some needed flexibility. There is also a good battery of testing materials.” We would love to have you on our professional team!
Please contact Stephanie Allen-Hart, Director of Student Services, with any questions regarding the information given (541-862-3111 x5201).
